Educational Career Experience
With qualifications aligning to the education Industry, Manorama has always been passionate
towards her career as an Educator. Starting with teaching in the State board , ICSE and IGCSE
board schools she continued touching the lives of students across other national and
international boards too. She was then promoted as co-ordinator and gained experience in
management of both academic and non academic aspects of overall student development
some of which included curriculum setting , teacher training , execution of planned lessons,
managing ,field trips , guest lectures etc.
Jha Construction Private limited
With the course of time and situational demand Manorama decided to shift her 12 years long
educational career journey and enter her home business of Construction. She decided to join
her husband RAMSUNDER JHA and give her full time dedication to JHA CONSTRUCTION
PVT LTD. The company deals with major repair, strengthening and new construction with major
inclination to Indian Government properties- Buildings , flyover bridges etc, Railways etc. She
efficiently handles the head office located in Mumbai. The work sites are spread across
Maharashtra and Delhi.
PHILANTHROPIC WORK
Manorama has always been a social person. With an opportunity to interact with people across
society with varying challenges, Manorama started her philanthropic journey associating with
different organizations aimed to help the needy in Maharashtra. She had an opportunity to visit
many parts of Bihar as she is native to Darbhanga (Bihar), she got to know the grassroot
problems. Shaken by the challenges in Bihar’s Mithila region with respect to education, health
and women empowerment, she decided to put her focus towards it and ended up opening a
foundation for the same and taking the lead. SHUBHSITA FOUNDATION (SSF) was started
with the said purpose.
EDUCATIONAL SUPPORT
She vigorously started her work in Government schools in Mithila region, with intention to
upgrade Educational level in Mithila her foundation supported govt school associating paid
volunteer teachers in Govt School. Students from economically backward families but good in
academics were rewarded with scholarships, distributing laptops, conducting physical seminars
etc. TALENT SEARCH across Govt schools and extra mentoring for potential students were
decided and executed.
MEDICAL SUPPORT
The foundation held multiple health camps in the Mithila region specializing in EYE, EAR ,
GYNAC, PEDIATRIC, ORTHOPEDIC Challenges across the area. Looking at the tendency to
consume medicines oftenly later leading to major problems such as hypertension ,cardio etc
SUBHSHITA FOUNDATION aggressively started with an awareness drive campaigns across
the region. Patients with financially weak backgrounds are provided monetary and medical
support.
WOMENEMPOWERMENT
To inspire and empower women in the region she started a 100% literacy campaign drive across
Mithila. Inspiring women to get educated and independent, regular seminars and educational
support is in the process.

limited Manorama is aimed to keep working and touching lives of many across society
through SHUBHSITA FOUNDATION.)
